Gosforth's Trusted Loft Extension Specialists
Over 15 years of architectural excellence, transforming Gosforth's finest homes with precision craftsmanship and unwavering attention to detail.
James Whitfield
I founded Gosforth Loft Extensions in 2009 after spending 12 years working as a project manager for leading North East construction firms. Born and raised in Newcastle, I've lived in Gosforth for over 20 years — my own home on Church Road was, naturally, one of my first loft extensions.
What sets us apart is simple: we treat every home as if it were our own. I personally oversee every project from initial survey to final handover. Our team of eight specialist builders, two structural engineers, and an in-house architect ensures that every extension meets the exacting standards I demand.
I'm passionate about creating modern, light-filled living spaces that transform how Gosforth families use their homes. Every extension we complete is a testament to what's possible when experience, craftsmanship, and local knowledge come together.
